Full Payment is required within 10 days of booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
April 1st – October.31st: 30 days notice required for refund less $25 cancellation fee. If cancelled in less than 30 days and the suite can be rented to someone else, we will give you a credit towards another date less a $100 adminstration fee. Cancellations prior to April 1st or after October 31st: 48 hours notice required for refund less $25 cancellation fee.
Check in time is 4:00 PM, Check out time is 10:00 AM
We regret, no pets or smoking indoors permitted.
OUR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
As each suite is a privately owned home, renters are expected to leave it in a reasonably tidy state.
If you wish to have a housekeeper come in one or more times during your stay to change beds, launder towels or linen, or tidy up, this option is available for an extra charge payable ONLY by cash or cheque when the service is provided. Please indicate in the Reservation Request Form what your requirements are.
